Return Policy
Just return the item within 15 days of receiving your merchandise. We only ask that all items be returned in their original condition and without any alterations by third parties. Any items not meeting this criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Any item returned must have a prior RMA(Return Merchandise Authorized) number, or it cannot be accepted.
Non-Defective returns you will be refunded the purchase price excluding any shipping charges and minus a 15% restock fee.
Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
